Large and authentic suppliers don’t ask for card info on their site instead they ask for the authorization form with card info.

Check their domain whois to see how old their domain is.

Check archive.org with their site to see the history of their site.

And best of all, if you have a US bank account, use privacy to generate temporary prepaid cards with a $5 limit to signup initially.
