Terms & Conditions

  1. ESP offers the opportunity for existing Ecommerce sellers and employers to find the potential VAs from ESP’s training programs.
  2. By submitting the request using the form here, you agree to do your best due diligence of the person before hiring for the VA.
  3. ESP takes no responsibility for any VA for this service.
  4. ESP will connect you to the potential VA(s) after reviewing your request and finding the potential available ones.
  5. Our standard service fee is $200, which covers the process of finding and connecting you with qualified VAs. A non-refundable upfront payment of $100 is required to schedule a consultation meeting with ESP. The remaining $100 is payable after the consultation meeting and before we send you a shortlist of 3 potential candidates for further interviews.
  6. ESP offers only a one-month replacement option if the hired VA quits within the first month of employment.
